Postal Codes in Brazil consist of 8 numbers.eg:

In general,the first digit represents the region,
the 2nd is the sub-region,
the 3rd is the sector,
the 4th is the sub-sector,the 5th is the sub-sector-divider,
the last three digits represent the delivery area.
