mQuest® Survey ist eine mobile Befragungssoftware der cluetec GmbH. Mit mQuest® Survey können Face-to-Face-Befragungen z.B. auf Messen oder am Point of Sale, Tagebuchstudien oder Protokolle im Bereich Mystery Research mit Smartphones und Tablets offline durchgeführt werden. Die erhobenen Daten können jederzeit übertragen und sofort ausgewertet werden.
mQuest® unterstützt alle in der Marktforschung gängigen Fragetypen sowie Fotoaufnahmen, Audioaufnahmen und GPS-Erfassung. Komplexe Filter und Verzweigungen sind ebenso möglich wie Schleifen und navigierbare Kapitel.
