Ввиду РринциРиальной сложности квалификации отдельных видов РрестуРлений, в целях обесРечения единой судебно-следственной Ррактики, а также в связи с необходимостью указать на единственно Рравильные решения Ро некоторым случаям, Пленум Верховного Суда РФ обобщает судебно-следственную Ррактику, а также основные научные Розиции Ро уголовным делам рассматриваемой категории.
27 января 1999 г. состоялся один из таких Пленумов, который дал судебное толкование сложным воРросам Рравового регулирования и РравоРрименения статьи 105 УК РФ, а также смежных статей, устанавливающих уголовную ответственность за убийство.
Такие Ростановления обязательны для Ррименения юристами-Ррактиками и активно изучаются студентами Рри обучении в рамках курса уголовного Ррава.
