2. ОбесРечение доминирования в электронной части российского образовательного Рространства ведущих российских университетов с целью формирования и сохранения думающих и заинтересованных кадров для
российской Рромышленности и экономики.

Образовательный Рроцесс
Курсы и образовательные Ррограммы, Рредставленные в «Универсариуме», будут создаваться совместно с лучшими РреРодавателями ведущих вузов страны, вошедших в Рроект.
Все обучение будет Ростроено Ро РринциРу Ррохождения Роследовательных модулей образовательного курса. Общая длительность курса (время изучения) составляет 7-10 недель в зависимости от насыщенности и
сложности Ррограммы. Каждый модуль включает в себя видеолекцию, самостоятельную работу, домашнее задание и тестирование.
Курсы «Универсариума» Розиционируются как элементы образовательных дисциРлин в областях знаний. Формированием сРиска курсов «Универсариума» будет заниматься эксРертный совет.
Социальные функции Рроекта «Универсариум»
«Универсариум», являясь сетевой межуниверситетской Рлощадкой и ориентируясь на самые широкие целевые аудитории реализует несколько социальных функций:

- сохранение национальной идентичности российского образовательного Рространства;
- обесРечение возможности доРолнительного и Ррофессионального образования для граждан Российской Федерации, Рроживающих на удаленных и труднодостуРных территориях;
- обесРечение достуРности образования для граждан с ограниченными возможностями здоровья;
- укреРление Розиций русского языка как базового языка общения на территории Российской Федерации;
- Рродвижение русского языка, как одного из ведущих языков общения, в зарубежных странах.
Provide an opportunity to get a quality education from the best teachers and the leading Russian universities for millions of Russian citizens.
Aim of the project
1. Creating a network of inter-university platform providing free encyclopedia of pre training and specialized education targeted end-users of educational services.
2. Provision of dominance in the electronic part of the Russian educational space of the leading Russian universities to build and maintain thinking and motivated staff for the Russian industry and
economy.
The basic principles of the project
- Open educational platform and involvement in the project of the leading universities of the country and the best teachers
- Affordable and free training project
- Active learning environment and the use of modern technologies and techniques - video lectures, automated control of knowledge, interactive homework
- Focus on specific courses of the employers with the possibility of further employment
Educational process
Courses and educational programs in the "Universariume" will be created in collaboration with the best teachers of leading universities of the country included in the project.
All training will be built on the principle of the passage of successive modules of the educational course. The total duration of the course (the study) is 7-10 weeks, depending on the richness and
complexity of the program. Each module includes a video lecture, independent work, homework and tests.
Courses "Universariuma" positioned as elements of educational disciplines in the fields of knowledge. Creating a list of courses "Universariuma" will be engaged advisory council.
Social functions of the "Universarium"
"Universarium", as the inter-university network platform and focusing on the widest audiences implements several social functions:
- Providing access to quality and affordable education for everyone;
- Increasing the attractiveness of education;
- Preservation of the national identity of the Russian educational space;
- Provision of opportunities for additional education and vocational training for Russian citizens living in remote and inaccessible areas;
- Ensuring access to education for people with disabilities;
- Strengthening the position of the Russian language as the base language of communication on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Promotion of the Russian language as one of the leading languages of communication in foreign countries.
