إيجار هي شبكة إلكترونية متطورة تقدم حلولاً تكاملية لقطاع الإسكان الإيجاري وتضع كافة أطراف العملية التأجيرية في مكان افتراضي واحد. توفر خدمة إيجار سهولة البحث عن وحدة عقارية وسهولة عرض وحدة عقارية كطرف اصلي او كوسيط، ما ينتج قاعدة بيانات عقارية متطورة جدا وقادرة على إعطاء القيمة المضافة دائمة لجميع الأطراف المعنية. كذلك تنظم هذه الشبكة العلاقة بين كافة أطراف العملية التاجيرية وتحفظ حقوق كل من المستأجر, المؤجر, الوسيط العقاري عن طريق المستوى التقني العالي للشبكة وطريقة حفظ وتخزين المعلومات ثم اعادة عرضها بشكل مبسط وقيم.
