كاظم الساهر (12 سبتمبر 1957 -)، مغنٍ و ملحن عراقي. ولد في الموصل في العراق، يعرف عنه بأنه لحن جميع أغانيه بنفسه حتى الآن باستثناء بعض الأغاني القليلة التي استعان فيها بملحنين آخرين. له ألقاب عديدة أهمها " سفير الأغنية العراقية " و" قيصر الأغنية العربية " الذي منحه إياه الشاعر السوري الراحل نزار قباني.
تعاون كاظم الساهر مع كثير من الشعراء المميزين أمثال نزار قباني، كريم العراقي عزيز الرسام، أسعد الغريري، د.مانع سعيد العتيبة، طلال الرشيد، أسير الشوق، الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم , الأمير عبد الرحمن بن مساعد و الأمير بدر بن عبدالمحسن و كاظم السعدي وغيرهم الكثير.
