كتاب الأم كتاب في الفقه الإسلامي، ألفه الإمام الشافعي.
جمعه: البويطي، بعد أن أملاه الشافعي على تلاميذه في مصر، ولم يذكر اسمه فيه ولا نسبه إلى نفسه، ومع ذلك فقد نسب: إلى الربيع بن سليمان المرادي، بعد أن رتبه وبوَّه بحسب منهج أبي حنيفة فهو يبدأ بباب الطهارة ثم كتاب الصلاة . ويعبر عن المسائل التي فيها، بأنها مذهب الشافعي الجديد من العيوب الموجودة في هذا الكتاب أن الشافعي يعرض في المسألة الواحدة رأيين مختلفين فأحيانا يترك المسألة دون أن يرجح رأيا على رأى فيقوم الربيع بإضافة رأى ثالث ويعد هذا الكتاب آخر ما وصل إليه الشافعي.
