برنامج كوميدي سياسي ساخر، يتناول المشاكل اليومية العراقية بالاضافة الى تسليط الضوء على المشاكل المستعصية التي قد تختار بعض وسائل الاعلام غض البصر عنها لاسباب تتعلق بسياسة القناة والجهة السياسية التي تملكها.
فريق البرنامج متكون من جميع اطياف الشعب العراقي باختلافها يجتمعون بإيمان واحد وهو المواطنة. العيش المشترك في العراق الموحد هو حلم جميع المشاركون في هذا البرنامج وهو ما يحاول الفريق إخراجه الى المشاهدين.
باستخدام الكوميديا لإيصال الرسالة، يتكلم البشير شو مع الشباب بشكل خاص، و يدعو الشباب العراقي الى التفكير بالمواضيع اكثر على غرار ما تفعله باقي وسائل الاعلام من تلقينهم نسخة من الحقيقة.
الاولوية رقم واحد بالنسبة للبرنامج هي المصداقية امام المشاهد وعدم تقديم اي معلومة بدون التأكد منها مرات عديدة، بالاضافة الى حرصه على عدم التأثر بأي جهة سياسية قد تؤثر على موضوعية البرنامج في اخذ المواضيع وبالتالي التقصير بحق الشعب بالمعرفة.
للحفاظ على البرنامج من اي تأثير خارجي من قوى سياسية تتملك جميع القنوات العراقية المعروفة، اختار البرنامج ان يكون لشركة انتاج خاصة بلا قناة، ويتم التعاقد مع قناة لضمان حق البث فقط، وليس حق الملكية. هي صيغة جديدة لم يقم بها احد في الاعلام العراقي من قبل ومجازفة تضع الشركة المنتجة في موقف محرج في حالة عدم رضا قناة بعرض البرنامج بدون اي تعديل على محتواه.
في داخل البرنامج، الجميع مؤمن ايمان تام بعمل الفريق، الفريق بافراده كافة هو من يقوم بالبحث و الاعداد، الكتابة و التقديم، التمثيل و التصوير، الصورة النهائية و الامور الادارية. يقوم بعملها مجموعة من الناس تعلم قيمة عملها بقدر ما تعلم قيمة عمل الآخرين. مجموعة من الناس تأتي للعمل كل يوم لأنها تعرف ان البرنامج سوف يكون منقوصا اذا قام بأي تقصير. مجموعة من الناس تعلم التعريف الحقيقي لكلمة فريق وقيمة هذا الفريق.
