تطبيق يمكن المستخدم من تنظيم المهام الخاصة به وذلك عن طريق اضافة المهمة الي اليوم المراد تذكيره به.
الاطلاع علي المهام الخاصة به في يوم محدد عن طريق صفحة تقويم يظهر بها كل المهام المتعلقة بكل يوم ان وجدت.
الاطلاع علي التمارين الرياضية المضافة الي التطبيق حيث يمكنه اختيار مستوي المتدرب وبالتالي يظهر له فيديو يشرح التمرين مع مجموعة من الصور و وصف بسيط للتدريب.
كما يمكن المستخدم من التعرف علي الاغذية الصحية والانظمة المناسبة وكذلك السعرات الحرارية الخاصة ببعض الاصناف.
كما يمكن للمستخدم الاطلاع علي الاسعافات الاولية التي يمكن ان يستفيد منها مع وجود فيديوهات و صور لشرح كيفية استخدام تلك الاسعافات.
