الحمدلله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:
فهذه بعض الأحكام الشرعية للرقية من كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله.
قال رحمه الله تعالى عن مشروعية الرقية وفضلها وأخذ الجعل عليها : (فهـذا مـن أفضل الأعمال، وهو من أعمال الأنبياء والصالحين؛ فإنه ما زال الأنبياء والصالحون يدفعون الشياطين عن بني آدم بما أمر اللّه به ورسـوله، كما كان المسـيح يفعل ذلك، وكما كـان نبينا يفعل ذلك، فقد روى أحمـد في مسنده، وأبو داود في سننه من حديث مطر بن عبد الرحمن الأعنق قال: حـدثتني أم أَبَان بنت الوازع بن زارع بن عامـر العبدي، عن أبيها؛ أن جدها الزارع انطلق إلى رسـول اللّه ، فانطلق معه بابن له مجنون ـ أو ابن أخت له ـ قال جدي: فلما قـدمنا على رسول اللّه قلت: إن معي ابنًا لي ـ أو ابن أخت لي ـ مجنون، أتيتك به تدعو اللّه له. قال: (ائتني به) قال: فانطلقت به إليه وهو في الركاب، فأطلقت عنه وألقيت عنه ثياب السفر وألبسته ثوبين حسنين، وأخذت بيده حتى انتهيت به إلى رسول اللّه ، فقال: (ادْنُهُ مني، اجعل ظهره مما يليني) قال: بمجامع ثوبه من أعلاه وأسفله، فجعل يضرب ظهره حتى رأيت بياض إبطيه، ويقول: (اخرج عدو اللّه! اخرج عدو اللّه !) فأقبل ينظر نظر الصحيح ليس بنظره الأول، ثم أقعده رسول اللّه بين يديه، فدعا له بماء فمسح وجهه ودعا له، فلم يكن في الوفد أحد بعد دعوة رسول اللّه يفضل عليه.
وقال أحمد في المسند: ثنا عبد اللّه بن نُمَيْرٍ، عن عثمان بن حكيم، أنا عبد الرحمن ابن عبد العزيز، عن يعلى بن مرة قال: لقد رأيت من رسول اللّه ثلاثًا ما رآها أحد قبلي، ولا يراها أحد بعدي، لقد خرجت
معه في سفر حتى إذا كنا ببعض الطريق مررنا بامرأة جالسة معها صبي لها، فقالت: يا رسول اللّه، هذا صبي أصابه بلاء وأصابنا منه بلاء، يؤخذ في اليوم ما أدري كم مرة، قال: (ناولينيه)، فرفعته إليه،
فجعله بينه وبين واسطة الرَّحْل، ثم فَغَرَ فَاهُ فنفث فيه ثلاثًا، وقال: (بسم اللّه أنا عبد اللّه اخْسَأ عدو اللّه) ثم ناولها إياه، فقال: القينا في الرجعة في هذا المكان فأخبرينا ما فعل، قال:
فذهبنا ورجعنا فوجدناها في ذلك المكان معها شياه ثلاث، فقال: (ما فعل صبيك؟) فقالت: والذي بعثك بالحق ما حسسنا منه شيئًا حتى الساعة فاجْتَرِر هذه الغنم، قال: (انزل خذ منها واحدة ورد
البقية). وذكر الحديث بتمامه).
ثنا وكيع قال: ثنا الأعمش، عن المِنْهَال بن عمرو، عن يعلى بن مرة، عن أبيه قال وَكِيع: مرة يعنى الثقفي، ولم يقل: مرة عن أبيه؛ أن امرأة جاءت إلى النبي معها صبي لها به لمم، فقال النبي : (اخرج عدو اللّه أنا رسول اللّه) قال: فبرأ، قال: فأهدت إليه كبشين، وشيئًا من أقط، وشيئًا من سمن. قال: فقال رسول اللّه : (خذ الأقْطَ والسمن، وخذ أحد الكبشين ورد عليها الآخر).
ثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا مَعْمَر، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن عبد اللّه بن حفص، عن يعلى بن مـرة الثقفي قـال: ثلاثة أشياء رأيتهن من رسول اللّه وذكر الحـديث، وفيه قال: ثم سـرنا فمـررنا بماء فأتته امرأة بابن لها به جِنَّةٌ، فأخذ النبي بمنخره فقال: (اخـرج إني محمد رسـول اللّه) قـال: ثم سرنا فلما رجعنا من سفرنا مررنا بذلك الماء فأتتـه المرأة بجـزر ولبن، فأمـرها أن تـرد الجـزر، وأمر أصحابه فشربوا من اللبن، فسألها عن الصبي فقالت: والذي بعثك بالحق ما رأينا منه ريبًا بعدك. ولو قدر أنه لم ينقل ذلك لكون مثله لم يقع عند الأنبياء؛ لكون الشياطين لم تكن تقدر تفعل ذلك عند الأنبياء وفعلت ذلك عندنا، فقد أمرنا اللّه ورسوله من نصر المظلوم والتنفيس عن المكروب ونفع المسلم بما يتناول ذلك.
وقـد ثبت في الصحيحـين حـديث الذين رَقَوا بالفاتحة، وقال النبي : (وما أدراك أنها رقيـة)، وأذن لهم في أخذ الجعل على شفاء اللديغ بالرقية، وقد قال النبي للشيطان الذي أراد قطـع صلاته:(أعوذ باللّه منك، ألعنك بلعنة اللّه التامة ثلاث مرات). وهذا كدفع ظالمي الإنس من الكفار والفجار، فإن النبي وأصحابه، وإن كانوا لم يـروا الترك ولم يكـونوا يرمـون بالقِسِيِّ الفارسية ونحـوهـا مما يحتاج إليه في قتال، فقـد ثبت عـن النبي أنـه أمـر بقتالهم، وأخبر أن أمـتـه ستقاتلهم)، ومعلـوم أن قتالهم النافـع إنما هـو بالقسي الفارسية، ولو قوتلوا بالقسي العربية التي تشبه قوس القـطن لم تغـن شيئًا، بل استطالوا على المسلمين بقوة رميهم، فلابد من قتالهم بما يقهرهم.
