الرُّقْيَةُ لُغَةً : اسْمٌ مِنْ الرَّقْيِ يُقَالُ رَقَى الرَّاقِي الْمَرِيضَ يَرْقِيهِ . قَالَ ابْنُ الْأَثِيرِ : الرُّقْيَةُ الْعَوْذَةُ الَّتِي يُرْقَى بِهَا صَاحِبُ الْآفَةِ كَالْحُمَّى
وَالصَّرْعِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ الْآفَاتِ لِأَنَّهُ يُعَاذُ بِهَا , وَمِنْهُ قوله تعالى : { وَقِيلَ مَنْ رَاقٍ } أَيْ مَنْ يَرْقِيهِ , تَنْبِيهًا عَلَى أَنَّهُ لَا رَاقِيَ يَرْقِيهِ فَيَحْمِيهِ ,
وَرَقَيْته رُقْيَةً أَيْ عَوَّذْته بِاَللَّهِ , وَالِاسْمُ الرُّقْيَا , وَالْمَرَّةُ رُقْيَةٌ , وَالْجَمْعُ : رُقًى . وَلَا يَخْرُجُ اصْطِلَاحُ الْفُقَهَاءِ لِلرُّقْيَةِ عَنْ الْمَعْنَى اللُّغَوِيِّ
. وَالرُّقْيَةُ قَدْ تَكُونُ بِكِتَابَةِ شَيْءٍ وَتَعْلِيقِهِ , وَقَدْ تَكُونُ بِقِرَاءَةِ شَيْءٍ مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ وَالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَالْأَدْعِيَةِ الْمَأْثُورَةِ .
الرقى ألفاظ خاصة يحدث عندها الشفاء من الأسقام والأدواء والأسباب المهلكة , وهذه الألفاظ منها ما هو مشروع كالفاتحة والمعوذتين ونحوها من كل ماهو طيب ,ومنها ما هو غير مشروع كرقى الجاهلية والهند وغيرهم ;
لأنه ربما كان كفرا أو محرما
أقسام الرقية وأنواعها ثلاثة
1- شرعية بما كان من كتاب الله والأدعية النبوية والأدعية الخالية من الشرك
2- محرمة شركية أو كفرية كدعاء غير الله من جن أو كواكب أو سحر ونحو ذلك من طلاسم وعبادة لغير الله
3- مكروهة كما يخالط ماهو مشروع بعض الكلمات المبتدعة التي فيها تعجل على الله أو نوع تعدي في الدعاء
حكم الرقية الشرعية
ذَهَبَ الْجُمْهُورُ إلَى جَوَازِ الرَّقْيِ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ يُصِيبُ الْإِنْسَانَ بِشُرُوطٍ ثَلَاثَةٍ
1) أن لا يكون فيها شرك ولا معصية .
2) أن تكون بلغة يفقه معناها .
3) أن لا يعتقد كونها مؤثرة بذاتها بل بإذن الله تعالى .
