الميثاق - مشروع عمل وطني قدمه الزعيم الراحل جمال عبد الناصر في ١٩٦٢/٥/٢١م. الميثاق يتكون من عشرة أبواب ويتضمن حصيلة التجربة الوطنية، من بداية الثورة ويتطلع إلى المستقبل الذي كنا نريده:

الثاني: في ضرورة الثورة
الثالث: جذور النضال المصري
الرابع: درس النكسة
الخامس: عن الديمقراطية السليمة
السادس: في حتمية الحل الاشتراكي
السابع: الإنتاج والمجتمع
الثامن: مع التطبيق الاشتراكي ومشاكله
التاسع: الوحدة العربي
العاشر: السياسة الخارجية
يعتبر الميثاق ١٩٦٢ مع بيان ٣٠ مارس ١٩٦٨ وفلسفة الثورة ١٩٥٣ أسس الفكر الناصري... مضافاً اليها خطب الرئيس الراحل وزعيم الامة العربية جمال عبد الناصر.
