التطبيق يمكنك من إعادة تفعيل اللغة العربية في أجهزة الأندرويد التي تدعم هذه اللغة.
يمكنك التطبيق أيضاً من إختيار نوع الأرقام التي تود تفعيلها مع اللغة العربية: أرقام عربية أو انجليزية.
تصريح تغيير اللغة في أجهزة الأندرويد محمي في إصدارات الأندرويد الحديثة 4.2+، و لا يمنح إلا لتطبيقات النظام، لذلك إن كنت على دراية بكيفية إستعمال أدوات الأندرويد، يمكنك إعطاء التصريح عبر ربط جهازك بحاسوب و تشغيل الأمر التالي، إذا كان جهازك يتوفر على روت فالتطبيق يستطيع القيام بتغيير اللغة دون الحاجة لتفعيل هذا الأمر:
adb pm grant com.arabic.taareeb android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
