توفيق بن سعيد الصائغ، ولد في إريتريا وعاش في السعودية من صغره. أحد تلاميذ الشيخ محمد بن العثيمين وحاصل على ماجستير من جامعة الإمام وإمام مسجد اللامي في جدة سابقا. حصل على الجنسية البحرينية بعد ما قامت السلطات السعودية بإبعاده.[1]

حياته

ولد في أسمرة- اريتريا

درس المرحلة الابتدائية: بمدرسة الملك فيصل الابتدائية في جدة
درس المرحلة المتوسطة: في كل من:
مدرسة البحر الأحمر المتوسطة
مدرسة الرازي المتوسطة
درس المرحلة الثانوية: بمعهد جدة العلمي التابع لجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وقد تخرج بامتياز وحصل على شهادة الجامعة (الطالب الأمثل)
أتم دراسة الجامعية بفرع جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في القصيم وقد تخرج بامتياز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى
حصل على الماجستير من جامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة بدرجة 98وتقديرامتياز مع التوصية بالطبع والتداول بين الجامعات.
درس على يد الإمام العلامة الشيخ: محمد الصالح العثيمين - -

و: أ.د: محمد صدقي البورنو. و: أ.د: عبد الحميد أبوزنيد. و: أ.د: صالح السلطان

كما قرأ على بعض كبار طلاب العثيمين سواءً في أروقة الجامعة أو غيرها:

- فمن كبار طلابه: الشيخ خالد المشيقح وقرأ عليه في الفقه. - والشيخ : عبد الرحمن الدهش وقرأ عليه في النحو. - والشيخ : خالد المصلح وقرأ عليه في العقيدة.

كما قرأ القرآن على كل من :

الشيخ: محمد حبيب الرحمن (من الباكستان)، الشيخ: محمد إبراهيم شتا (من مصر) وطرفاً على الشيخ: يحي عبد الرزاق الغوثاني (من سوريا) غادر المملكة العربية السعودية في ذي القعدة من عام 1435 هـ بعد أن قضى بها 33 عامًا
Tawfiq Ben Said Al-Sayegh was born in Eritrea and lived in Saudi Arabia from a young age. He is a student of Sheikh Mohammed bin Al-Othaimeen and holds a master's degree from Imam University and the Imam of Al-Lami Mosque in Jeddah. He obtained Bahraini citizenship after Saudi authorities expelled him . [1]

He studied high school at the Jeddah Scientific Institute of the Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University. He graduated with excellence and obtained the university certificate (the best student)
He completed his undergraduate studies at the branch of the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Qassim and graduated with honors with honors
He obtained a master's degree from the University of Umm Al-Qura in Makkah, with a degree of 98 and a degree of excellence with the recommendation of course and the rotation between the universities.
