القيصر كاظم هو مطرب وملحن عراقي ولد في 1957 في سامراء في العراق يمتاز بقدرات صوتية عالية ميزته عن باقي الفنانين، ويعرف عنه بأنه لحن جميع أغانيه بنفسه حتى الآن بإستثناء بعض الأغاني القليلة جداً التي استعان فيها بملحنين آخرين. له ألقاب عديدة أهمها " سفير الأغنية العراقية " و " قيصر الاغنية العربية " الذي منحه إياه الشاعر السوري الراحل نزار قباني. العديد من أغاني القيصر ستجدونها داخل تطبيقكم " كلمات أغاني القيصر كاظم"

بدأ حياته الفنية من خلال تعاونه مع الشاعر أسعد الغريري عام 1984 حيث أصدر أول ألبوماته بعنوان (شجرة الزيتون) ثم تعاون مع الشاعر عزيز الرسام ثم مع الشاعر المعروف كريم العراقي في مقدمة مسلسل (نادية) كان بعنوان " المسافر " عام 1987، وكانت أولى نجاحاته الفنية عام 1989 في أغنية " عبرت الشط "، بعدها سافر إلى الكويت ومن ثم بيروت التي أوحت له بأغاني مثل " نزلت للبحر " و" هذا اللون " و" كثر الحديث "اني خيرتك فختاري، هاته الأغنيات و أكثر تجدها داخل تطبيق " كلمات أغاني القيصر كاظم " كان أول تعاون له مع الشاعر نزار قباني ومن ثم " زيديني عشقاً " و" في مدرسة الحب " اللتيين جعلتاه يعتبر من أفضل مطربي العرب. مما جعل اغانيه ترقى إلى مستوى العالمية.

حصل القيصر على مجموعة من التكريمات و الجوائز التقديرية نذكر منها:
حصل على وسام التفوق بوصية من الملك حسين وسلمته الوسام الملكة نور عام 2000/2001.
حصل على وسام الاستحقاق من وزارة الثقافة التونسية عام 2000.
فاز بجائزة أفضل مطرب عربي وجائزة فارس القصيدة والأغنية العربية عام 2001في مصر خلال مهرجان الأغنية الدولي السابع.
حصل على جائزة أفضل مطرب عربي في لبنان عام 2001وعام 2004و عام 2012 جائزة الميوركس.
فاز القيصر كاظم بأفضل مطرب في الشرق الأوسط في استفتاء للإذاعة البرازيلية عام 2002.
حصل كاظم على جائزة موسيقى العالم عن فئة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وإيران وجائزة المستمعين عام 2004.
حصل على وسام الاستحقاق للمرة الثانية في تونس عام 2004 والقى الرئيس السابق زين العابدين خطاب التكريم.
