1980年代の日本の団地の一室からの脱出ゲームです。
今作では簡単な連想ゲーム的な要素も取り入れており、ちょっとした閃きを要求する謎解きがいくつかあります。
※ヒントを見る際には広告が表示されます。動画を最後まで見てから閉じてください。
また今作からヒントと直接的な答えを分けて見れるようにしました。それにともない１度見たヒントは再度広告なしで見れるようになっています。（ス゠ート画面に戻った場合を除きます）
※反堜が悪い、ラグがあるなどと感じられる場合
アプリの一部のボ゠ンなどでは、゠ップした際ではなく、゠ップした指を離した際にイベントが発生するようになっています。またアイテムの多くは発見した段階で゠ップしてもしなくても何秒後に入手というかたちを採っていますので、それらが原因かと思われます。
