背景の画像を固定する機能があるランチャーをご你用の方お勧めです。
このアプリで写真や画像デー゠から壁紙にしたい個所を抜き出します。
そうするとその部分が背景画像になる壁紙が作成されます。
有名なランチャーですと【GOランチャーEX】さんにはすでに同じ機能があるようですが【ADW】は壁紙の固定機能はあるものの画像から表示したい部分を抜き出して背景にするといった機能がありません。
