APP設計內容說明：
本APP軟體結合攠府OPEN DATA、BIG DATA應用，以生活及防災觀點，提供基隆在地氣象、防災、攠府資訊、新聞訊息及基隆服務網頁內容或連結，內容包含五大區塊。
1.氣象資訊：
提供中央氣象局基隆在地氣象預報、警報資訊、NCDR災害示警(CAP)、天氣小幫手、基隆潮汐、波浪、淹水警戒。
2.最新消息：
提供基隆市議會、基隆市攠府、基隆市災害應變中堃、基隆市各局處單位動態、基隆市防災教育網、Google及Youtube"基隆"關鍵字、吉隆在地新聞官網即時消息。
3.在地服務：
火車時刻查詢、基隆旅遊網、廟口小吃(基隆美食)、秀泰影城、基隆市即時交通資訊網、基隆市即時交通資訊網、國立臺灣海洋大學、基隆市公共圖書館館藏查詢。
4.災害應變：
基隆市複合災害潛勢圖、天氣預測分析研判(進階)，應變管理資訊系統(EMIC)、停止上班上課訊息、停水資訊(1910)、停水通報(1911)。
5.防災計畫：
消防署救災安全手冊、危害資訊查詢暨MSDS、應變中堃作業手冊、地區災害防救計畫、災害防救深耕計畫。
6.系統功能：
24小時內訊息、所有未讀、所有最愛等。
