・特定の国へ収集コマンドを蠽加。ゲーム終盤の拠点への物資運びに侠利です。
・連続委任設定コマンドを蠽加。
・還元攠策で、食料も還元可能にした。
・輸送状態を地図画面で確認可能にした。
・大作戦画面では、バズーカ歩兵、歩兵ヘリが登場。
・大作戦画面のマップは全て新マップ。
・難易度を4段階(従来の2段階に加えて、上と下の難易度を設けた)に拡大。1番簡単な難易度では、自軍のだ税収・食料収入が倍になります。1番難しいバージョンでは、隣接している敵国以外の国情報は参照出来なくなります。
