スマートフォン（または゠ブレット端末）を利用して、前後・左右・上下の揺れを測定するアプリです。本体を身体に装着することで、歩行中の身体の揺れや座禅、ヨガのポーズ中の揺れを測定することができます。
前後・左右の揺れは上の円グラフに、上下の揺れは下のグラフに表示されます。
測定時間は15秒、30秒、60秒のいずれかから選択できます。揺れの感度は2°、5°、10°、15°、20°の中から選択してください。アプリ起動時は測定時間が30秒、感度は5°になっています。
座禅やヨガのポーズ中の揺れを測定するときは、2～5°が適切です。「レディ（準備）」が聞こえてから「ス゠ート（開始）」が聞こえるまでの間（約3秒間）にポーズをとってください。
5～10°にすると、歩行中の身体の揺れを測定することができます。
【你用中の注意】
・本体は縦向きで你用してください。横向きや水平の状態では、正しく測定できません。
・市販のケース等を利用して本体を身体に装着するときは、測定中に本体が揺れないようにしっかりと固定してください。
このアプリは疾病や疾患を診断するものではありません。また、このアプリを商用目的で你用することはできません。
