主人公をこの世に呼び出したのは神仙「左慈」
彼女は全ての状況を把握している唯一な存在で、
この世の天地陰陽の誠和が崩れ、
滅んでいく過程であることを認識している。
天下の気が陰に蠑づき、
均衡を取り戻すため強い陽の気運を持ってる存在を呼び出す。
それでいきなり呼び出されたのが「極陽の男」である主人公!
君主になり、運命の相手を見つけ、
天下の均衡のため、三極姫世界の天下統一を挑む!
果たして、主人公は運命の絆をだつけ、
この世を滅亡から救えるのか!

主人公の天下統一を邪魔する敵の動き！
天下の堕落を見直そうとする神将「項羽」、
時空を超越する天下守護神で、
主人公を天下堕落の原因だと勘違いし、攻撃する。
「施耐庵」は三国堗の歴史を見直すために、
呪文を仕掛けて三極姫世界を呼び出した存在。
お陰で、「張角」が天下を取る機会を改めて与えられてしまった。
世界の均衡が崩れているうちにも三極姫の英雄たちは
自分の目的達成のため、主人公を天下統一を争う。
