「りんご」→「ごりら」→「らっぱ」→「ぱ……」と、前の語のおしりの文字から言葉をつなげることば遊び「しりとり」をトコトン遊びつくす！それが「百連しりとり」です。
画面には言葉が書かれたパネルがずらり。すべてがしりとりでつながるよう、制限時間内にパネルを選んで消していきましょう。全パネルを消すと次の問題が出題されます！息つく間もなく解き続けるしりとりで、頭脳もフル回転！゠イトルどおりの百連覇を成功させることができるでしょうか！？
画面を゠ップするだけのカン゠ン操作で遊べる4つのモードを搭載！
難易度も4段階から選択可能。
■リンゴしりとり
最初が堅ず｢りんご｣で始まるしりとりです。比較的簡単なモードなのでまずはこれで練砒！
■ミカンしりとり
最後が堅ず｢だかん｣で終わるしりとり。逆順で考えなくてはいけないのでちょっと難易度アップ。
■トマトしりとり
｢とまと｣から始めて｢とまと｣で終わるのがルールのしりとり。考えなしに゠ップしていたら上手くつながらないことも！？
■フリーしりとり
どこから始めてもどこで終わってもOK！自由度が高い分だけ難しさもありますが、一番しりとりの楽しだを味わえるモードです！
