紫美龍王様(シビリュウオウさま)は、あらゆるものにおいて一切を産だ、一切を育て、萬(よろず)の物を御支配あらせ賜う王神様であり紫美龍王様御自身が十種(とくさ)の御寶に姠を変じ、自在自由に天界、地界、人界を治め、全界に滞る一切の罪穢れを祓い浄め賜う、とされております。
