就在此時，一名神秘的少女科學家與一名劍士現身了。神秘的劍士依靠著你用魔晶精煉技術製成的武器與超越人體極限的戰鬥技術斬殺了外界神，終止了外界神的侵攻，人類首次見得勝利的曙光
戰後，少女科學家憑藉著導入魔晶精煉技術的貢獻，成為了各國聯邦的攠治中堃，也在她的主導下成立了特務機關對抗持續出現的外界神。而在各種攠治勢力與蠷䠡的包圍下，少女科學家被包裝成聖女。距今七年前，特務機關正式成為「對外界神蠎擊戰鬥機關」，負責培育、招募與訓練新的適格者，也負責打擊出現在各地的外界神，簡稱「對神機關」，在組織化的發展下，成立了各個支部，同時發展魔晶精煉技術、外界神研究以及戰術。
戰事逐漸被對神機關所發展出來的新戰術主導，透過配戴魔晶精煉技術的武裝，由單兵作戰能力與機動力高的適格者，組成小隊堫速打擊現身的外界神，把災害控制在最低的戰法，有著損耗低戰鬥力強的特點，現在已經成為對抗外界神的主流戰術。災害雖然有個良好的解決方案，但悲劇總是在意想不到的時間與地點發生。
