認知症は、早期発見して適切な治療を行うことが出来れば、その後の症状の進行を遅らせることが可能です。
ご本人だけではなく、ご家族やご友人など、周囲の方々も是非ご本人の症状の確認、また認知症予防のためにご活用ください。
このアプリは、スマートフォンまたは゠ブレット上での質問と回答という限られた環境の中で、認知症の可能性の有無を示唆する目的で作成されたものであり、直接の面談を含む医師による診断を代用するものではありません。
このアプリによる診断結果により利用者が万が一不都合、不利益をこうむった場合でも、当アプリ製作者はいずれもその責を負わないものとします。
また、認知症以外の病気の可能性の有無について、いかなる示唆を与えるものでもありません。
