象棋麻將的玩法類似麻將，但是用象棋的棋子來玩，從將到卒、帥到兵每種各四張，一共是56張。
對子：任兩張一樣的牌組成。
順子：將士象、車馬包..等。
刻子：任三張一樣的牌組成。
槓子：任四張一樣的牌組成。
以上四種只要配成兩組加一對或四對就可以胡牌，順子刻子槓子都算一組。
