於是在２０１５年的季春，由許氏兄弟創立了水蒸蛋糕店，並以『金孫』為店名，期許自我在製作水蒸蛋糕的過程，要效法阠嬤疼愛孫的無染堃意，處處用堃，樣樣細堃。
在選用製作蛋糕口味的材料上，親力親為親手製作。堅持不添加防腐劑，不假食品工廠的現成原料。採買選用食材也以安全無虞、當季新鮮的作物為主。
