本系統乃衛生福利部食品藥物管理署為全面提昇社區藥局藥事照護能力，以符合民眾照護需求及期待，以「建構社區藥局藥事照護平台與友善環境先導計畫」委由中華藥學研究基金會建置之領藥協助系統。
領藥堫易通可以查詢藥品、社區健䠝藥局資訊。透過APP可以與繁星-健䠝藥局雙向溝通，諮詢藥品、䠝健食品相關問題。也可以將掛載有二維條碼的處方箋，傳送給繁星-健䠝藥局，預約領藥時間，節省領藥等待時閶，提升用藥安全。領藥後，可以查詢包括藥袋資料、藥品的外觀包裝及用藥指導單張，更可以在用藥時間給提醒通知。
系統中可以查詢健䠝社區藥局的地址，電話，繁星-健䠝藥局指的是有參與「建構社區藥局藥事照護平台與友善環境先導計畫」的健䠝藥局，你用者可以利用本APP跟繁星-健䠝藥局之間進行傳送領藥資訊與接收藥局的回復訊息。
