맵으로 방 찾기 : 맵을 드래그 하면서 원하는 지역의 매물의 갯수를 파악한 후 해당 매물들만 볼 수 있어요
지하철 주변으로 방 찾기 : 지하철역 터치로 지하철역 주변의 매물을 확인 할 수 있어요
간단한 인터페이스 : 어렵지 않은 인터페이스로 누구나 조작이 편리해요

빠방 2차 업데이트 내용
1. 디자인 고급화, UI/UX 간편화

4. 조건 검색 기능 강화
- 간편 검색(매물 번호(등록번호) 또는 지역명(예: 구로동)으로 검색) 추가
- 지역 설정 추가(직접 입력, 주소로 찾기, 지하철역, 대학교 주변)
- 추가 정보(반려 동물, 주차, 1층 등)도 검색 조건에 포함
