부천시시설관리공단 시설물을 이용하시는 고객(부천시민)에게 보다 편리하고 유익한 정보를 제공하는 모바일 서비스로써, 주요 서비스는 도로소통정보, 버스정보, 주차장정보, 체육시설정보, 미납주차요금 조회 기능을 제공하고, 시설물 이용에 대한 불편신고를 할 수 있는 모바일 서비스입니다.
- 도로소통정보 : 부천시 외곽 및 주요도로에 대한 실시간 도로소통정보(지체, 정체, 구간별 이동속도 등) 및 CCTV 영상 제공
- 버스도착정보 : 내 주변 정류장을 검색하여 시내, 시외, 마을버스 도착정보 및 버스노선에 대한 상세정보 제공
- 주차장정보 : 운전자를 중심으로 인근 주차장정보를 실시간으로 제공하며, 특정 주차장의 주차가능면수 정보를 제공
- 체육시설정보 : 산책 또는 운동 시 내 주변 체육시설에 대한 상세정보(위치, 운동기구, 각종 경기장 등)를 제공
- 미납주차요금 조회 : 공영주차장 미납요금 조회 서비스
- 불편신고 : 시설물 이용불편사항을 등록하는 서비스로써 SMS 알림 서비스 제공으로 장애 처리과정의 투명성을 제공함
- 설문조사 : 부천시 시설물 이용 고객의 의견을 수렴하고 행정업무에 반영하기 위한 소통 채널 개설
- 즐겨찾기 기능 : 부천한누네 이용시 자주 이용하는 메뉴를 즐겨찾기 기능을 추가함
본 앱은 위치기반의 정보제공 서비스이며, GPS가 꺼져 있거나 타지역(부천시 이외)에서는 정상 작동하지 않을 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
