성령의 능력으로 속사람이 강건하여 복음을 증거하고 가르치고 양육하는 평신도 사역자와 시대적 사명을 감당하는 수많은 주의 종들을 길러내어 모든 족속으로 제자 삼아 열방을 회복시키는데 주력한다.
