서울역사박물관앱은 박물관 내외부에 설치된 블루투스 신호기반의 비콘을 이용하여 실내위치기반 정보제공서비스(실시간 위치안내 네비게이션)와 각 전시중인 콘텐츠외에 추가적인 전시콘텐츠 및 정보 등의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 제공합니다.
1. 위치기반 전시정보 서비스: 각 전시장에 전시중인 전시패널의 음성서비스(오디오가이드)와 텍스트 정보, 동영상, 이미지, 사진 등의 추가적인 콘텐츠를 현재 관람객이 위치한곳으로 부터 실시간 이용이 가능합니다.
2. 실시간 실내 네비게이션 : 비콘을 이용한 위치정보 기반 서비스는 실시간 네비게이션을 활용하여 시설물의 위치를 찾거나 박물관내의 목적지 검색을 통해 현재 위치로부터 목적지까지 실내 네비게이션 지도를 통해 안내 받을 수 있습니다.
3. 푸쉬 알림 서비스: 서울역사박물관의 도시모형영상관을 방문한 관람자가 서울시 축소모형 주위를 돌면 서울시를 비롯한 각 구에서 진행되거나 진행예정인 문화예술 및 행사정보를 관람자의 스마트폰에 실시간 제공하며 관람객은 그 정보를 통해 원하는 행사의 상세정보를 확인하고 행사참여가 가능합니다.
