서울특별시에서 제공하는 ‘서울스마트 불편신고’ 앱을 이용하여 시민들께서 생활중에 느끼는 각종 불편사항을 스마트폰으로 언제, 어디서나 신고하실 수 있습니다. 신고된 불편사항은 서울시 ‘120다산콜센터’에서 접수하고 해당 부서에서 신속하게 처리됩니다. 처리과정과 결과도 ‘서울스마트 불편신고’ 앱으로 확인하실 수 있습니다.

[주의사항]
1. 불편신고시 위치선택 기능은 3G/4G, WiFi(무선랜), GPS 정보를 이용하여 위치를 확인하며, 큰 건물 및 실내 등의 주변 환경에 따라 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다, GPS 미탑재, 무선네트워크를 이용하여 위치확인이 불가능한 경우에는 정확도가 매우 낮을 수 있습니다.
2. 서울스마트 불편신고는 서울특별시에서 관리하는 시설물 또는 위임된 사무에 한하여 불편신고를 접수, 처리하고 있습니다.
