제19대 대통령선거 선거공보물 입니다.
대통령선거 후보자 공약을 청각인을 위한 수화로 볼 수 있는 앱입니다.
책장형 선거 공고물이나 선거 벽보(포스터)를 앱 실행후 카메라로 비추면 해당 후보의 공약을 수화로 설명하는 영상이 나옵니다.

영상제작
문자언어로 제작된 책자형 선거공보를 번역하여 수화언어를 제1언어로 사용하는 농인의 필요에 의해 제작된 수화형 선거공보입니다.
이 선거공보는 각 정당별 대통령 후보자에 대한 내용을 담고 있습니다.
이번 제작은 한국농아인협회 산하 한국농아방송(iDBN)에서 제작을 지원해 주셨습니다. 중앙선거관리위원회에서는 법적 제도적 보완을 통해 당사자 단체가 직접 사전 제작할 수 있도록 지원해 주시기를 다시 한번 당부드립니다.
