본 앱은 시군구 자치단체 공무원을 대상으로 관내 시민불편사항(쓰레기방치, 불법현수막, 도로파손 등)을 사전에 파악하여 신속하게 처리하고, 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 행정종합관찰제 서비스 입니다.
1.즉결처리 등록 기능
현장에서 관찰사항과 관찰처리 결과를 한번에 등록 하실 수 있는 기능 입니다.
2.일반관찰 등록 기능
현장에서 관찰한 사항만 등록하는 기능으로 행정종합관찰제(웹) 시스템에서 처리부서가 지정 됩니다.
3.관찰등록 현황 조회기능
모바일에서 등록하신 관찰 사항만 조회가 가능하며 행정종합관찰제(웹)에서는 모바일과 웹에서 등록한 관찰 사항을 모두 조회할 수 있습니다.
※ 본 서비스는 공무원 전용 앱으로, 생활불편 민원 등록을 원하시는 시민은 '생활불편신고'앱을 이용 하시기 바랍니다.
※ 본 서비스는 스마트폰의 GPS 등 위치정보를 이용하므로 실내, 지하철, 큰 건물 근처 등에서는 GPS정확도가 떨어질 수 있습니다.
※ 보다 상세한 기능은 한국지역정보개발원에서 배포한 사용자 매뉴얼 참조하시기 바랍니다.
※ 지속적으로 현재 위치를 수신하지 못할 경우 스마트폰을 재부팅하시면 위치를 수신할 수 있습니다.
