Document Distribution System (DDS) adalah aplikasi yang dikelola oleh Infrastructure and General Affair Department untuk memantau pengiriman dokumen maupun barang yang dikirim oleh berbagai pihak di lingkungan PT AJ Central Asia Raya (CAR)
Aplikasi ini terintegrasi dengan sistem pengiriman jasa kurir yang dipakai PT AJ Central Asia Raya melalui API sehingga memudahkan untuk :
1. Membuat pengiriman Internal sesama User dalam lingkup CAR.
2. Secara online mendapatkan informasi pengiriman yang dilakukan atau ditujukan kepada User yang bersangkutan.
3. Memantau status pengiriman secara real time (up to date).
4. Penerimaan dilakukan dengan scan QRCode atau menuliskan nomor REF DDS.
5. Penerimaan menggunakan tanda tangan Digital.
6. Mendapatkan tanda terima pengiriman dengan cepat.
7. Verifikasi oleh Admin InGAF untuk proses pengiriman melalui Expedisi atau Messenger.
8. Pengelolaan pendistribusian pengiriman oleh Messenger ke Tujuan baik diluar maupun didalam lingkup CAR.
9. Mendapatkan value maupun jumlah kiriman per departemen dengan akurat.
