HOW IT WORKS:
* Employers post a job, add up to 5 screening questions, and upload photos and videos showcasing their environment and culture on their Company Feed.
* Job seekers view the job, read the description, scroll the Company Feed, and apply by answering the screening questions through selfie videos.
* Employers get applications, scroll through a candidate’s video responses and bio video, and accept or decline the application.
* Job seekers are never left out in the dust by always being notified of where they stand in the application process. Employers always know the real person behind the application. No more catfishing or misrepresentation.
