Basic Features
- Live scorebot (get play by play updates - only when HLTV have scorebot available)
- Upcoming matches and finished matches scores by push notification
- News (from sources like HLTV and GosuGamers)
- Videos (from HLTV, ESEA, Thorin, AdreN, WarOwl etc)
- Upcoming events
- Real-time matchmaking status by countries
- Widget (only 50% working as of right now)
- Crossbetting calculator
- Inventory viewer
- and a few other tools are included like a c4 timer, weapon stats etc.
Data Usage : Minimal
Team images are not full HD images, they are all compressed png/jpg images.
API returns only text data.
Permissions
- Photos/Media - Used for the app to download and show images.
- Getting device ID - This is used for push notification + identification purposes. Your unique ID is hashed and passed on to my server, so we know who subscribed to what matches and know which phone
to push the notifications to.
- Microphone access - This is for C4 timer. It works in such a way that when the C4 is planted, you can shout/say out loud to the phone like "start" or something, and the timer will start for
you.
- Internet - Internet...
- GET_ACCOUNTS : Push notification registration. - Used by Google API.
- WAKE_LOCK : Push notification service
- Vibration : For C4 timer under Tools. Vibrate when 10 seconds is up (time to defuse or save). Also for notifying you when subscribed match is going live.
- Boot : Detects your phone boot so that the app is able to schedule alarm to update upcoming matches' status
No permission are used to harm your device or compromise your location/data. We care about protecting our user's privacy.
