Dalam Surah Al Maidah ayat 100 Allah menjelaskan bahwa tidaklah sama antara harta haram dan harta halal. Meskipun harta yang haram begitu menakjubkan banyaknya. Sebab turunnya ayat ini dikemukakan dalam suatu riwayat, ketika Nabi Muhammad SAW menjelaskan tentang haramnya arak, berdirilah seorang Badui dan berkata " Saya pernah menjadi pedagang arak dan saya menjadi kaya raya karenanya. Maka turunlah surah ini yang membenarkan ucapan Rasulullah SAW (diriwayatkan oleh Al Wahidi dan Al Ashbahani dalam kitab At Targhib, yang bersumber dari Jabir).
Dalil Pertama:
وَنَزَّلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء مُّبَارَكًا فَأَنبَتْنَا بِهِ جَنَّاتٍ وَحَبَّ الْحَصِيدِ وَالنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ لَّهَا طَلْعٌ نَّضِيدٌ {10} رِزْقًا لِّلْعِبَادِ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَلِكَ الْخُرُوجُ -
“Dan Kami turunkan dari langit air yang diberkahi (banyak membawa kemanfaatan) lalu Kami tumbuhkan dengan air itu taman-taman dan biji-biji tanaman yang diketam. Dan pohon kurma yang tingo-tinggi yang memiliki mayang yang bersusun-susun, untuk menjadi rezki bagi hamba-hamba (kami), dan Kami hidupkan dengan air itu tanah yang mati (kering). Demikianlah terjadinya kebangkitan.” (Qs. Qaaf: 9-11)
