Exercise is an integral part of achieving a healthy lifestyle. In today's fast paced world, a lot of individuals are finding it hard to exercise. Our app provides and efficient way of exercise in under 7 minutes.
This app is inspired by the 7 Minute Workout that was originally published in the American College of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal (ACSM'S). The entire workout is approximately 7 minutes and can be repeated 2 to 3 times as desired. It can be easily acquired in almost any setting (e.g., home, office, hotel room, The exercise order allows for a total body exercise).
Now you can get your body in great shape without using any equipment or gym whatsoever! All you need is a chair, a wall, and your own body weight; do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.
Caution ~ unless you already exercise everyday, it is advisable to consult your doctor before starting a new fitness program. Ensure you observe safety during exercise.
