Bahan
- 2 piring nasi putih
- 2 lembar kol, iris halus
- 100 gram mi basah
- 1 batang daun bawang, iris
- 1 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 2 batang seledri, iris halus
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
haluskan :
- 8 buah cabai merah
- 5 buah cabai rawit merah
- 5 butir bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1sdt terasi matang
- 1 sdt garam
Pelengkap :
- ayam goreng,
- bawang goreng,
- telur mata sapi,
- acar timun dan kerupuk
Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum, masukkan kol, daun bawang, nasi putih dan mi, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan kaldu bubuk rasa ayam dan kecap manis, aduk rata, masak hingga bumbu merata, setelah matang, angkat.
3. Sajikan hangat, lengkapi dengan ayam goreng, bawang goreng, telur mata sapi, kerupuk dan acar mentimun.
