The ABlacklist is a Blacklist Application (Call Blocker) and SMS interceptor for Android based systems. It allows you to make a contact list which incoming calls and messages of that list can be blocked or accepted.

The Google changed the Kitkat (Android 4.4) and higher versions to not allow independent SMS Filters. In this case I recommend:
