This Abs Challenge Workout Program application contains workout schedule to perform in 40 days - just 6 weeks and Systematic approach towards gaining 6 pack abs. Additionally this app is useful for those who want to take squats challenge.
Daily Abs Workout Feature contains 4 exercises to perform everyday to get perfect abs. Each day after you start your abs workout program this feature will show different exercises and set of repetitions for each day till 40th day.
You don't need to buy expensive gym equipment's and there is no need to go to gym. You can do this 6 pack abs workout at home.
Exercise section will show all the exercises used in the program. Take a look before you actually start your abs workout program.
