A new way to record stimuli that trigger Migraines

Description [menu]

*Overview*
Dealing with chronic pain can be difficult and many things can affect your pain. The ACPA Pain Log App can help you track the everyday habits and activities that impact your pain or opioid induced constipation (OIC) you may be experiencing.

The ACPA Pain Logs App was created by the American Chronic Pain Association to track, manage, and report on pain and OIC symptoms.

*Keep a Pain Log & OIC Log*
Stress, sleep, money worries, and side effects of medication can affect your level of pain day to day. Answer a few short questions in the Pain and OIC Logs to see patterns or pain triggers over time.

If you are taking an opioid and having trouble with opioid induced constipation, use the OIC tool before you go to your next appointment. Start a discussion with your healthcare provider (HCP) by tracking symptoms to help you and your HCP create the best course of treatment. Continue using the logs to track symptoms and behaviors that impact your OIC.

*Key Features*
Two logs in one! Track OIC symptoms and chronic pain symptoms in the ACPA Pain Logs App!
Track OIC side effects
Track pain triggers or symptoms
Email or print a report for yourself and your healthcare professional
Monitor changes in your pain and symptoms over time
