If you enable this feature, the screen brightness auto reduced on the lower level when turn on the brightest flashlight for low power consumption. Also, this feature will improve the eye focus ability on the object illuminated, because the screen not dazzles you.
As you have activated the flashlight, not deactivated automatic when the device exceed the not responding time. The screen and the flashlight will remain on, until you turn it off.
