Air Force School was way back in 1952, a small Nursery School was established in the Air Force Campus. Over the years, it grew in strength till we had a full fledged primary school with classes upto V standard.
Till 1980, our school continued as a Nursery School. In 1980, Standard I was added and the Nursery School graduated to Air Force School to cater to the needs of the children of our personnel and near by civilians, who could not be accommodated in the local Kerdriya Vidyalaya. In 1981, Class II was added, Class III in 1982, Class IV in 1983, Class V in 1984, Class VI in 1985, Class VII in 1998 and Class VIII in 2000, class IX in 2002 and Class X in 2003. The School is recognized by CBSE, New Delhi, Since 1985.
We are confident that the Air Force School will grow as years progress both in size and stature.
