Met de ALERT-Inspectie app kunnen inspecties uitgevoerd worden waarbij geïnspecteerd wordt t.o.v. de afgesproken prestatie-eisen volgens de KIB-systematiek. De resultaten worden vastgelegd per meetplaats waarbij een meetplaats een woning kan zijn maar ook een plek in de schil van het gebouw. In de app is het mogelijk om de uitgebreide informatie en referentiebeelden van de KIB-normen op te roepen zodat de juiste klasse per prestatie-indicator ingevoerd kan worden. Aan de klasse-scores kunnen ook opmerkingen en foto’s bijgevoegd worden.
