Thank you for your patience with the Letters app errors and poor performance! We’re a small nonprofit team of ten people serving over 250,000 users, so we’ve experienced quite a bit of growth. The past few months we’ve been working on making free video communication a reality in a couple of states, and on expanding our features to include voice calls and e-messaging - all part of our mission to disrupt the for-profit prison communications industry.

While we provide paid-for features for those who wish to choose from more options, all of the money from those purchases go directly toward supporting our core, free offerings.
