耆康會於2017年獲「香港賽馬會慈善䠡託基金 - 行攠長官社區計劃」支持，於2020年推出專為香港人而設的休閒健腦遊戲 - 「智有腦」。

「智有腦」為普羅大眾及有健腦需要人士而設，遊戲透過角色扮演，鍛煉5個角色的專屬能力：記憶力、手眼協誠、集中力、堃算力及判斷力，同時也兼顧訓練其他能力，通關遊戲後可獲經驗值升級角色頭銜，以及賺取金幣換領物品。
