2217CE 에일리언과의 전쟁으로부터 100년이 지난 후 지구는 다시 평화를 되찾았다.
에일리언 '디아드라'의 이름은 과거속으로 묻혀버렸으며, 암흑으로부터 행성을 지켜낸 로봇들과 'ExZeus'프로젝트를 기억하는 이는 거의 극소수에 불가했다.
하지만 곧 새로운 위협이 평화를 산산조각 내려 하고 있다. 위협으로부터 대항하여 유일하게 희망을 안겨줄 방법은 단 한가지 'ExZeus' 프로젝트의 재건. 과거 위협으로부터 행성을 지켜낸 3명의 전사들이 하나로 퓨전하여 더욱 새롭고 강력한 로봇 이름하여 '미노스'가 탄생하게 된다.
